AN EXECUTIVE OVERVIEW & DISCUSSION

This is a short “executive” overview of the U.S. export regulations. Staff involved with international trade including sales, engineering, contracts, purchasing, finance, as well as licensing and shipping will benefit from this program. The program will focus on the requirements of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) in particular exports of technical data and defense services. Attendees will gain a broad understanding of the ITAR and also the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), when these laws apply and insights into ways to conduct international business in compliance with U.S. export law.
