ITAR Audits

In order to ensure your compliancy with all necessary ITAR regulations, audits are a necessity to your business.  FD Associates has the experience and authority to conduct ITAR audits within your organization across a number of different platforms.  For the past 20 years, we've been working with many large-scale companies on a regular basis to successfully monitor their ITAR compliances.

Procedural ITAR Audits

If you think you may have a violation, call FD Associates to conduct an audit of your company over the past five years.  We will thoroughly search for any and all violations and will discuss your perceived violation with you.  Our detailed compliance audit will uncover whether or not any violation occurred more than once so that we can get to the root of the problem.

Procedure and Compliance ITAR Audits

Voluntary Violation Disclosure

If you are aware that an ITAR violation has taken place, you have two choices.  You can disclose the incident or not.  If you choose to voluntarily disclose your violation, the penalty will be far less severe than if the violation was found without disclosure.

If you choose to disclose your known violation, FD Associates will conduct a full investigation audit.  We will help you understand how it occurred and how you can prevent such a violation from recurring in the future.
