The workshop focuses on requirements of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) for Empowered Officials and personnel responsible for establishing and administering company export compliance plans and procedures. This will be a top-down look at the ITAR from a compliance perspective, including what is subject to the ITAR, and compliance requirements for exporting defense articles, technical data, and defense services.  We will also take an in-depth look at company obligations, including eligibility, exporting, record keeping, and reporting. This is a hands-on workshop for beginners or companies newly exposed to the ITAR conducted over 4 days in 4-hour segments via live stream/webinar. It is also a useful refresher for anyone needing to get up to speed with the latest changes to the ITAR or State Department requirements for licensing defense articles or defense services. The program will provide licensing and compliance personnel with practical insights into the requirements of the ITAR. It will include interactive discussions and exercises designed to assist attendees in understanding the day-to-day application of the ITAR.
